Infant and early Childhood Mental Health

Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Clinician

Our clinicians provide case management, group educational classes, and counseling services to prenatal and postnatal clients and their children ages 0-5 within Southwest Oklahoma. Our Perinatal Mental Health Clinicians are highly trained professionals, dedicated to supporting individuals and families through pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood with compassionate evidence based care. 

Infant and Maternal mental health classes

MOTHERS AND BABIES:

Mothers and Babies classes are offered to mothers during pregnancy and postpartum period. It teaches practical skills to manage stress, improve mood, strengthen social support, and build healthy routines. Mothers and Babies focus on helping parents develop coping tools that promote both their own mental health and positive early bonding with their baby.


INFANT MASSAGE: 

Infant Massage is a 5-week group class offered to infants from 6 weeks to 1 year old and their caregivers. Infant Massage encourages safety and bonding within the caregiver-child relationship. Infant Massage is highly recommended for infants struggling with colic, gas, and general fussiness.


CIRCLE OF SECURITY:

Circle of Security is an 8-week group class offered for caregivers of children from infancy to early childhood. This can include biological parents, foster parents, or guardians of a child. Circle of Security seeks to strengthen bonds between children and their caregivers and teaches caregivers effective ways to be a safe haven for their children.
