"Our experience with GPYFS was wonderful. They provided so much love and support through the tough times and the good times. Fostering with GPYFS was one of the best choices we ever made in our journey. We never felt alone, and they were always there to guide us on the right path for our home. The ladies at GPYFS are amazing!" Maegan, GPYFS foster parent.

About Foster Care

The primary purpose of a foster home is to provide a safe and loving home for a child in need. Quality homes are needed to provide long-term and short-term care for children while they are in the process of reunification with their biological families. When applying to become a certified foster family, you will work closely with our Foster Care & Host Home Specialist to complete all required paperwork including a background check, home study, and foster parent training. Becoming a certified foster family takes approximately three months from start to finish. Compensation is available as a certified foster family.

You would be giving a child the gift of unconditional love, bonding, nurturing, and trust. If you have ever considered taking placement of children, please contact us today!

Our agency is subcontracted through Angels Foster Family Network. For more information, please visit angelsfosterokc.org

When applying to become a certified host home, you will work closely with our Foster Care & Host Home Specialist to complete all required paperwork including a background check, host home home study, and training. Becoming a certified host home takes approximately three months from start to finish. Compensation is available as a certified host home. You would be giving a child the gift of unconditional love, bonding, nurturing, and trust, even if it is only for a short time!
